Alexander McQueen

I never really noticed many of McQueen's pieces till after he died. Unfortunately, I wish I had because he has since then become one of my favorite designers!
Here are some of my favorite pieces from the recent collection:

Definitely the rings and the clutches were one of my favorite pieces, they are beautiful and unique in design!
Yesterday actually, I found out that the Costume Institute is creating an Alexander McQueen exhibit in the Metropolitan Museum of Art! Opening on May 4 and ends I believe on July 14? But the great news is that I will be in New York and will be able to go see it!
I'll be taking LOTS of pictures!
What do you think about Alexander McQueen? Also go look at the collection yourself on Alexander McQueen's website
Tell me what your favorite pieces are!

Love this Shirt

While at the mall on Saturday with Stephanie and her sisters, we went into a store called Pacsun (maybe familiar with it, maybe not!).
I came across this cami and it instantly reminded me of the Miu Miu shoes from this past season:

Ring a bell?
Well this shirt had a similar bird pattern, therefore, I main the cami the main item in my outfit I made on Polyvore:

Simple Summer Outfit
See the resemblance??

Even though this outfit is very summery, all you have to do is add jeans and flats with a simple cardigan and you have yourself a fall outfit as well!

In other news, last week was my first week back at school!
I was so excited for the first day mainly because of my outfit, which was the white military jacket, a black v-neck, boyfriend jeans, and my Jeffrey Campbell Wedges (to see items, go here)

The only downside is now I will be giving all my time to my studies so I have decided to just have three or four posts a week and they will usually be visuals, having items I particularly saw and loved and create an outfit. Either that, or I'll have a Polyvore set made with the items I wore that day to school.
This post is so wordy but it was necessary; just an update, you know?
XOXO Tootles!
